Refactor preferences page to be more dynamic #81

Should have the preferences page be able to load and display things dynamically.

Likely, this will involve a rework of the internal storage of preferences (maybe just a wrapper around existing store would suffice).

Potentially, the same layout could be used for the config editor and the preferences page, although that might cause confusion.
