[FEATURE] Install steps #82

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently it's not exactly clear what happens when you click apply.

Describe the solution you'd like Refactor to a multi-step workflow with likely the following pages

  1. Change selection (view all packages and mark various packages for (un)install)
  2. Confirm changes (show all pending changes)
  3. Install status page
