Replace "React: https://reactjs.org/docs/getting-started.html" with https://react.dev/learn and propose adding https://www.w3schools.com/REACT/DEFAULT.ASP and https://www.w3schools.com/typescript/index.php

Done. However, there is a readme folder separate from readme.md that mixes old and new documentation. A more senior member of the project may want to double check it.
