1) Options to draw over and use a highlighter on specific regions; think Zoom or Notability.
2) Options to bold, underline, and highlight specific words at the text level, as opposed to drawing.
3) Option to temporarily highlight each new word as it appears, and pick the color used during mouseover based highlights. Currently, when highlighting text from any theme, the color for mouseover highlights uses the browser default.
4) Option to save and export audio stream? Would be very controversial due to copyright and two party consent laws. University might not like it, but good for accessibility.
Using BLOB export, as previously discussed, would allow us to preserve any multimedia data, and potentially allow some of the above to be compatible with a service like Notability.
