How to run on MyBinder

• Open a MyBinder/JupyterLab session pointing to this repository.
• After JupyterLab loads, open a new terminal by clicking the terminal icon.
• Run: ./batch_processing.sh

How to run on your local computer

• Install SCT
• Download this repository: git clone https://github.com/sct-pipeline/binder-example.git
• Go to this repository: cd binder-example
• Run: ./batch_processing.sh
