Create the paper by compiling RJwrapper.Rnw to PDF; tyner-briatte-hofmann.Rnw will be compiled as a child.
The runtimes folder contains a script to test the average runtime of each network plotting function against random networks of varying sizes, as well as the results of this script on a mid-2012 MacBook Air (1.8 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 SDRAM).
