Add knn imputation #517

Adds KNN imputation using pynndescent. Useful for label transfer in perturbation spaces.

Also renames "perturbations" to "perturbation" as default target column for some spaces.

@Lilly-May we'll add this to the PerturbationSpace vignette. I might do it myself - will see
