Versions 1.1.6 doesn't install any config #15

I have just installed 1.1.6 into Umbraco v7.7.7 and no config or dashboard settings were installed. I have downgraded to 1.1.5, 1.1.4 and finally 1.1.3 because this was the last version to have an Umbraco dependency and only has this final version installed the config/dashboard as expected.

I assume that the removal of an Umbraco dependency has also removed the installation of the config and dashboard.

If the package isn't mean to have config or dashboard anymore, it's not clear from the documentation.

I recently fired up a clean installation of Umbraco 7.15.1 and installed UmbracoFlare 1.1.6 from the developer section of the backoffice. Afterwards, I went into the Administrator group and added Cloudflare as a visible backoffice section for the group. I didn't seem to run into any issues.

Going to ask others on the team to try and reproduce, and test out 7.7.7 (apparently not lucky at all) and 7.15.1 (latest).
