Blocks being deleted #22

I'm on 8.18, and probably crucially the API key I have setup is not valid. However the behaviour that that causes is that whenever saving all blocks in the Block List Editor properties get removed. I would expect an invalid API key to cause log entries or notification only, otherwise an API key being deleted could cause serious issues for a site.
