Bullet/muzzle alignment very inconsistent #100

Most of the time when I fire my weapon, the bullet goes too high. Aiming down sights is completely useless. It sometimes corrects itself too, which throws me off even more when I'm trying to aim. Its definitely not a skill issue on my part with h3vr experience. This gif makes it look acceptable but it's worse than it looks.

I second this. Feels like i'm always shooting 'from the hip'.
