FIXED: Steam Controller input was interfering with Mixed Reality Controllers. Uninstalled/untoggled Steam/Xbox controller input via Steam

Windows Mixed Reality Controllers cause a rapid tabbing glitch, where the app windows are rapidly tabbed between cutting out game audio, causing stutter and overlapping with desktop input.

When the controllers are shut off, the game preforms as expected, but problem persists once controllers are turned back on, it's like controllers are affecting both zones at the same time (Desktop & VR World) while spamming random keys for semingly no reason.

Windows 10 Single Monitor Windowed mode L4D2 via specified launch commands

Any ideas for a fix?

Uninstalling "Xbox Extended Feature Support" in my Desktop Steam Controller settings fixed my post issue.
