Currently blocked as we need a design for the application page.
Once the design is done, redesign the application page and form to look like the design.
When creating the branch for this issue, make sure to choose dev as the branch source. Then switch to the newly created branch when working on the code.
The code for the main page resides in /app/application/page.tsx for the main page, and /app/components/NameForm.tsx for the application form part.
