View/Edit Past Submissions for Case Study / Interview #13

Add functionality for an active to be able to view and edit their submission from case study and interview.

Need to discuss functionality but some thoughts:

Some sort of time period, where they can only edit it within an hour of submission
Maybe only one edit max?
Or need permission to be able to edit (simple boolean to add to user object, manually change on supabase if active needs)
Show the active who they have submitted a form for
