On some pages, the loading spinner covers the text on screen, or is below other text that it should be under.

Some notables are:

/app/application/page.tsx /app/active/case/page.tsx /app/active/interview/page.tsx

Work on this for the dev branch

Some notes to help:

Make sure to run the local server (npm run dev) to see your changes
Go off what would make logical sense in terms of how the spinner is showing up
You need to check when the data is loading
