AMR Project

Requirement:

• Python 3.6
• Pipenv (https://docs.pipenv.org/en/latest/) is used for managing virtual environment. If you don't have it, please install it!
• A working version of PATRIC_tools can be obtained at https://github.com/grimur/patric_tools

Getting started

In this folder, type pipenv install to initialise the virtual environment.

features contains the feature extraction codes. There are some notebook there you can run.
