Solve logic needed to run RPS from /cm/share #13

Should we make a branch for /cm/share installation? Issues: which modules should be used? global Anaconda, or so we allow a user to use own module formulation? Solve by creating separate branch?

I imagine we're going to talk about this today... but I wonder if it is possible to have a config file or something that we read in and just module load all the modules in that file.
