Seam does not always have a device image for every device model. In that's case, a fallback "generic" image is used. The current fallback is a lock.
Seam should return a generic device image that more closely resembles the device, e.g., a lock, thermostat, noise sensor, etc. Otherwise, if the device type is new and unknown, a generic device image should be provided.
