Add Events for All Errors (as of 09/20)

Events that need to be added:

• [x] device.third_party_integration_detected
• [x] device.salto.privacy_mode_activated
• [x] device.salto.privacy_mode_deactivated

Naming needed:

• [ ] device.flakiness_of_connection_changed (rename likely- it should be "on/activated/detected" instead)
• [ ] device.ttlock.gateway_pairing_changed (rename likely- not totally sure what this is CC @mx)
• [ ] device.ttlock.gateway_unlocking_support_changed (rename likely - not totally sure what this is)

Events should contain the error payload, as after an error is cleared, otherwise there is no record of why the error happened.
