4Suites: unable to unlock door within console whereas it's possible to unlock via 4SUITES website #38

The lock/unlock functionality isn’t working for the unit devices. One of the devices you can look into is: eded8c36-5dda-4a57-bf47-ea1b3240bb87

The client confirmed that they can unlock the door remotely via the 4Suites site

The client doesn't have permission to unlock from the 4Suites site, therefore I'll be closing this issue
