Enriched topic pages #370

~Consider how to restructure topics as a result of new content types.~

~Consider rich topic pages that include organized content (posts, lists, etc.), converting topics to tools, etc.~

There were some initial thoughts in #48.

I've removed this from the new content types project, which is now defunct. However, going to keep it open for now, as these pages could still use some love.
