Top level morphs like SimpleObjectMorph would probably be best as a ShrinkWrap / Rigid hybrid, which start wrapped to contents, but can resizable like windows. The constraint on the minimum width seems to be the toolbar, and the obvious point of flexibility is the description string, so maybe resize the string morph width by the delta
