Installation

You can run this app from portable version, just decopress exe and dll files anywhere or you can install it using installer. To make it working you can run this app manually, add it to autostart or add start script to AutoHotkey 'ahk' script (see example script for that). After launching, app will show in Windows tray, from there you can open configuration window (right click), in configuration window in top part you will see keybords that where connected after opening this window (disconnect and connect device again if it was already connected to appear in this window). Choose discovered device than provide name for it (name is only for user) and number/id (this will be used in AutoHotkey), press add, from now on this device will send all keystrokes to AutoHotkey.

Create your own script by using example script "AutoHotkey_example.ahk" as a base.

Settings location

In tray menu there is an option called "Open config location" that will open directory from where Config file is read. Settings file is located in local user appdata folder: "C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\MultiKeyboardForAutoHotkey\Configuration.ini"

Key codes

Key codes can be found in https://github.com/sebeksd/Multi-Keyboard-For-AutoHotkey/blob/main/src/VK_Codes.pas or by "logging" key presses in AutoHotkey like this:

MsgBox % "Keyboard: " . KeyboardNumber . " Key: " . VKeyCode

Additional options (availaible only in Configuration.ini)

Options will be added to Configuration file on Application close (when updating from older version run this app and close it). CatchAll - default 1, Catch all keys on selected Keyboard without passing them to OS CatchVKCodes - default [empty], list of VKCodes to Catch (only if CatchAll=0), only thoes Keys will be Catched and passed to AutoHotkey, those Keys will not go to OS, list should be splited using coma, correct Codes are availaible in link in section above

Example (Catch only Numpad 0-9): CatchAll=0 CatchVKCodes=96,97,98,99,100,101,102,103,104,105

Building from source

To build this app you need Delphi IDE, it should work on most of Delphi versions (XE+), it doesn't require any external components or tools. I'm using Delphi 10.4 community edition (which is free). Additionally, installer is made using NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System Files) so to make installer package you need to have NSIS tool.
