INSTALLATION

============== Please proceed with the following steps. The current version of 2DBAT has been only tested on Linux OS (tested on ubuntu > 10.0.1):

• STEP 1 : Set the paths of the directories where Multinest/CFITSIO/GSL/ATLAS/LAPACK/BLAS/CBLAS are installed on your system, and generate Makefile by running 'setup_2dbat.sh' script provided.

• STEP 2 : Now, you can compile 2dbat by typing,

  'make'

: The '2dbat' binary file is now installed in ./src/bin

• STEP 3 (optional) : If you need to remove any existing object files and want to re-compile,

  'make clean & make'

• STEP 4 (optional) : You may need to update the environmental parameter, 'LD_LIBRARY_PATH' in your '.bashrc' or '.tcshrc' which indicates where to look for the libraries above in STEP 1
