Get a form to display in Zendesk #1

Presumably, we'd like a real form to display when we want to search for tags. To call this task complete, we should modify this file to:

display some way to enter a search
have a button to click to submit that search (it won't actually submit it just yet)
have a few dummy results that show what the real search results will look like

Once you have XCode installed, you'll need to install the Command-Line Tools for XCode in order to get make. With make, you'll then be able to make changes to the app and build the zendesk-search.zip which you'll then be able to upload and see the resulting changes in zendesk.
