Create an actual ElasticSearch server

In order to actually search for things, we'll need an ElasticSearch server to talk to. To call this done, we'll need:

• The server running elasticsearch
• A schema
• An index with that schema
• Some dummy data in there for search

Got an instance up and running, though we'll have to see if we can get the plugin to talk to it next.
