turn infoHash into magnet link #132

This might fix #130 if i remembered elixir right and this actually works 😄

The magnet link base is taken from nyaa so it has the announce servers they use in it

Before merging someone please test this

if everything goes ok the only thing that might cause issues is the name string in the magnet link as it cannot have spaces and special characters
