Disabling account creation with an environment variable #154

I am planning to host this publicly and I would like an option to disable account creation. The environment variable should be something like ACCOUNT_CREATION eg: ACCOUNT_CREATION=false

Closing this because Magnetissimo 3.0 will no longer support accounts whatsoever. Waste of time that really nobody asked for lol.
