Adding Dockerfile #35

This PR adds instructions and necessary files required to build docker image.

I'm not familiar with Docker at all, but PR #41 seems to be a bit more succinct and cleaner.

Which PR is better @snehesht, this one or #41

@sergiotapia PR #41 seems cleaner, you can close this one and merge PR #41 , but I think PR #41 needs some changes too

edit: changed 35 to 41
