This is an updated version of #77.

This pr adds rss crawlers for nyaa.si and nyaa.pantsu.cat.

By default, torrents from sukebei.nyaa.si and sukebei.pantsu.cat are not scraped, but these sections can be uncommented to enable it.

Known issues:

there are some alignment issues in the list of torrent providers, but i'm unsure if they are caused by this pr:
