Add latitude-dependence to inferred injection time calculation #15

So far this is only calculated in the ecliptic plane. Latitude dependence needs to be included in the calculation of the length of the Parker spiral, i.e., using a differential solar rotation (cf. e.g. https://github.com/jgieseler/solarmach/issues/21) and taken into account the additional distance travelled in the "z-direction".

While at it, update docstring of seppy.tools.inf_inj_time because it's not up-to-date.
