Added SolO/STEP compatibility #33

The following notebooks now support SolO/STEP:

onset_determination dynamic_spectrum time_shift_analysis

Note:

  1. This update needs solo-epd-loader>=0.1.12, which as of now is not released yet!
  2. Only the new STEP data product is supported at the moment, that is, all observations since 22nd October 2021!
