RFD900 radios can refuse to enter command mode #3

If link is established to another radio, there seem to be circumstances where the radios can get stuck. It might be fixed by the most recent firmware, but this is yet to be confirmed.

The same problem might also cause servald to get stuck in an infinite loop on the mesh extender.

lbard now talks to the radios instead of servald, and numerous updates to flash900 and lbard seem to have resolved this problem.
