servald on mesh extender can become unresponsive #5

... sometimes just from sitting there.

We should have a cronjob or other watchdog that tries to run "servald id self" and if it fails to respond within a few seconds kills the servald process so that runserval can restart it automatically.

This seems to have been fixed in one of the many intervening updates to servald
