caleg_dpr_2019

kpu_caleg2019.R crawls all caleg for pemilu DPR 2019. Somehow KPU web only provide 7634 caleg instead of 7968 (https://nasional.kompas.com/read/2018/09/20/17391501/kpu-tetapkan-7968-caleg-dpr-ri)

read_allCaleg.R combine all caleg files into 1 dataframe and create the plot.
