Fix several warnings of uninitialised
Only remove the lines that were drawn by ido_switcher (otherwise e.g. trackbar is killed)
Just warn about uberprompt, don't mess with script failure detection
Correctly keep track of index when using filtering after Ctrl+S
Comment out server list for now as it doesn't work (TODO) and causes errors displayed
