A right-click menu to add node by type #154

It could be useful to provide adding nodes by right click, so this will show the menu grouped by toolkit with ability to select node type (and see its description?) and the new node will be added in the place where menu was called.

I'm not sure if it should replace search box (#63) or be just an additional feature.

And, a plus sign in the top right corner for touch control and auto-placement.

May be node list (#34) has no sense if we have we have such menu?
