Bug - Open circuit file via "Open with" under Windows doesn't save parameter changes #643

Platform: Windows 10 (at least !)
Steps to reproduce:

Open an arbitrary circuit file using "Open with" context menu in Windows Explorer.
Change a component's parameter by entering its context menu and hit 'Edit'. For example, we modify a resistor from 10 ohms to 20 ohms.
Go to File -> Save to save the file.
Reopen the file and any changes made are not restored !

Notes:

If we open the file using the menu item File -> Open File (Ctrl-O), the changes are still saved. The bug occurs only when we open it using "Open with" as mentioned above. I suspect the app has problems taking command-line parameters, at least under Windows.
