Bug - Digital inverter voltage level set to 10V or above results in constant voltage regardless of input. 9.99V and below work just fine.

Bug - Digital inverter voltage level set to 10V or above results in constant voltage regardless of input. 9.99V and below work just fine. #877

Input voltage was only 5 volts. So inverter logic requires you to hit 50% of total output voltage before it'll flip. My misunderstanding. Can close this.
