feat(rmp): show all profs #14

Have an option to show all professors (profs from other schools) if there are no profs by that name from Seneca

rmp fuzzy searching is not the best. we need to enter a profs full name in order to find them. ie searching cameron will not return any seneca profs. Searching cameron gray will.
