UTF8 Encoding #15

I've been trying to use OnScreenMenu, but one thing that bugs me the most is that when I try to put things into my language, I have to use chars which need UTF8, because otherwise they will be showed as question marks. I was trying to find a way to fix that, but Im not smart enough for that. Is there a way to change that?
