[Feature] Luckerperms Permission Node for cheat mode

What is your feature request?

So on my server I recently added an mod that when used with Luckperms, it simulates chunkbans on operators, no matter where they are on the server

but in setting up an actual proper operator permission role with luckperms, I realize I cannot use Cheat Mode with REI despite having full access to MC commands. (minecraft.command)

If you could add an permission node of <modid>.cheat which just toggles whether or not an certain player can use Cheat Mode or not
