[Bug] Client crashes after world join with ConcurrentModificationException (FTB Stoneblock 3 1.8.1)

What happened?

When joining a world and REI going through initialization, there seems to be a chance for this ConcurrentModificationException to occur. Crash-Log too long, so can be found here: https://mclo.gs/BTzxQrX
