[Bug] Craftable Filter causes significant latency

What happened?

Tracking issue for BetterMC v21: https://github.com/LunaPixelStudios/Better-MC/issues/1491

Reproduction Steps

1. Place Crafting Table
2. Open Crafting Table
3. Toggle "Craftable" filter to ON
4. Observe huge latency

Im having this same issue, it doesnt seem to happen on every client though. Another player on my server has 0 issues. Both on fresh installs of the modpack
