What happened?

This is in https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/mechanical-mastery-plus having disabled emi/jer/jep/jei and added rei/reipc/rer/rep and these https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/adminshop ( https://github.com/AmmoniumX/AdminShopOverhauled ) "permits" (used to upgrade the shop) do not show in search.

They show up fine in JEI/EMI.

What mod loaders are you seeing the problem on?

This is created through KubeJS? (https://github.com/AmmoniumX/AdminShopOverhauled/issues/28) Does REI not register KubeJS recipes automatically?
