[Feature] incompatlible with Create attribute filter and filter. #1573

What is your feature request?

Create mod's attribute filter and filter could drag item from JEI, but REI could not do it. Maybe REI can add a blacklist to ban some functions like dragging item to favorites when user in some UI.
