Is "Reapply Wounds Based on Current HP" working as intended in Cyberpunk-Red? #10

Is "Reapply Wounds Based on Current HP" working as intended in Cyberpunk-Red? The macro seems to paint all tokens with blood, even if they have zero HP loss.
