Investigate FullCalendar upgrade #307

FullCalendar (https://fullcalendar.io/) is used for the "grid" (month/week/day) calendar view. We're currently on v4.4.2, the most recent v4.x release.

v5 introduces major changes: https://fullcalendar.io/docs/upgrading-from-v4 Look at the docs and test it out to see what breaks, what improvements it offers, etc.
