Remove deprecated type hints. #126

The project makes heavy use of Python Type Hints. Several Type Hint aliases have been deprecated. These need to be replaced. Specifically:

[ ] typing.Dict -> dict
[ ] typing.List -> list
[ ] typing.Set -> set
[ ] typing.Tuple -> tuple
[ ] typing.Deque -> collections.deque
[ ] typing.Coroutine -> collections.abc.Coroutine
[ ] typing.Iterable -> collections.abc.Iterable
[ ] typing.Iterator -> collections.abc.Iterator
[ ] typing.Callable -> collections.abc.Callable
[ ] typing.Generator -> collections.abc.Generator
