Need to prototype how a time system will work.

Considerations

Rotation of the Earth (Sun rise/set, Placement of the sun.)
Weather Systems
The player's perception of the passing of time.
Scheduling events after the passage of time Examples:
- NPCs M-F routine vs Sat/Sun
- Multi-day, time sensitive quests.
- Growing Crops
- The aging of pets, kids, NPCs, etc...

Questions

How does RDR2 do this?
Are there GDC talks on time or weather systems?
