Update project automation tooling #61

Update the collection of tools that are used for static analysis, linting, type checking etc... Currently, I'm using prettier as the linter which is managed by VSCode.

Tasks

[ ] Create makefile targets for key operations (type checker, error linter, complexity analysis, security, packaging linter, dead code, docstring formatter, import statement sorting)

mypy (using already): Type Checker
flake8: Error linter
mccabe: Complexity Analysis. Is supposed to be included in flake8 installations as well.
Radon: Complexity Analysis. Includes mccabe for doing CC and also does other metrics.
sourcery: Code analysis.
bandit: Security Linter
pyroma: Package linter
